With over a decade of professional experience, Mr Oyedeji has built a strong career in public accounting and consulting. Prior to joining O and A Professionals, he held progressive roles at Ade, Adebambo Adelalu & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and Bia Africa Consults (Tax, Financial, and Management Consultants), where he served as Audit Staff, Audit Senior, Audit Manager, and Tax and Financial Reporting Associate. In these roles, he advised clients across sectors, including financial services, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and not-for-profit organizations.

Mr Oyedeji possesses extensive expertise in audit and assurance engagements, financial reporting (IFRS), and federal and state income tax compliance. He is well-renowned for his ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical solutions that support sound financial governance and business growth.

As Managing Partner, he combines technical proficiency with strong business acumen to guide clients through operational, financial, and strategic challenges.
